James Lundy is a vice president, distinguished analyst and area leader in Gartner Research, the leading provider of research and analysis on the global information technology industry. Mr. Lundy focuses on enterprise content management and e-learning. He is the lead analyst covering enterprise content management, which includes technologies such as document management, Web content management, imaging and records management. Additionally, Mr. Lundy tracks a variety of content management topics including distributed output management, integrated document archive and retrieval systems (IDARS). Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Lundy spent more than 15 years at Xerox Corporation in a variety of management positions in both hardware and software business units.

Ed Cohen is the CTO and a co-founder of Plateau Systems. He is a pioneer in learning content and reusable learning objects. Mr. Cohen is also chairman of the AICC Infrastructure Committee, a standards-setting and certification organization for the learning industry. He has also been a driving force on the Package Exchange Notification (PENS) working subcommittee.
