Harassment Training: AB 1825 Final Regulations

California has finalized new regulations on the AB 1825 law, which requires employers to train all supervisors working in the state on sexual harassment prevention. The final regulation detail new requirements for the content of the training, the expertise of the training provider, and the means by which employer's track course completion. Employers must provide training every two years and the next deadline is December 31, 2007. This means organizations need to:

Find harassment prevention courses that meet the strict requirements of the new regulations
Deliver the content to employees quickly to meet this deadline
Track completion of training across the organization
